Reeven Six Eyes RFC-01 6 Channel Fan Controller

The new Reeven RFC-01 fan controller can control up to six fans, provide temperature read-outs and change the LCD screen colour to suit any system.

The Reeven RFC-01 is Reeven’s first fan controller and it was designed to look good in a wide variety of systems thanks to the various colour schemes that can be selected.

Small switches in the back of the fan controller can be set to adjust the colour of the display, choose to display the temperatures in Fahrenheit or Centigrade and to enable/disable the alarm.

RFC-01 Installed

The unit can control either standard 3-pin or 4-pin PWM fans so it can take complete control of all the compatible fans in your system.

Several Display Colours

There are several display colours to choose from: Red, Green, Apple Green, Blue, Purple, Light Blue, White and off.

Size / Retractable dials

The Reeven RFC-01 is designed to be installed into a 5.25” bay. As protruding control knobs would interfere with front doors of computer cases (preventing their closure), the RFC-01 is equipped with retractable control knobs to make usage with such models possible.

The Reeven 6 Eyes Fan Controller is an excellent bit of kit and what I particularly like about it for a start is that it has six separate screens, each displaying the speed of the fan that is being driven by it and the temperature of the chosen site without having to change anything. The design and build quality is very good. Some people might not like the way the front is made of moulded plastic but personally I think it fits with many cases already perfectly. It is easy to operate and does exactly what it is meant to. I would be happy to give it a 10/10.

This is an excellent piece of kit. Well made. Well packaged. Lots of thermo cables, nice pushbutton soft control in/out control knobs in case you have a PC door that closes (yep), and fully adjustable. You can even change the colour of the led readings. Shows temp and fan speed. Full marks. Couple of full reviews on the web which are also very complimentary.
